that this wasn't for the producers' want of trying.
Having dated Jack sporadically for two years prior to this summer, Ellie knew him relatively well - including the fact that he has a poster of a movie that Dani's famous father Danny stars in on the wall of his bedroom.And the brunette has insisted the show runners instructed her to mention this, in order to wind Jack up and place a seed of doubt in Dani's mind that he's only in the relationship because of who her father is.
I brought up his poster before going in and producers wanted to get it in during my chat with Dani. I’d told them about it as they were asking me if Jack already knew about Dani. Everyone thinks he’s in there just because she’s Danny Dyer’s daughter. So I mentioned it.'
Ellie insists, however, that Jack 'isn't clever enough' to keep up the act if he was only in it for fame.
